The team at our facility is great to work with! They are always available for questions or issues that come up throughout their shift from packing product into boxes through shipping out orders via USPS/UPS etc. I would like more automation but they understand how busy we get so it hasn't been an issue yet (knock wood!). We ship many different products all around US as well international countries such as Mexico & Canada. It helps us stay organized since everything goes hand in glove together when working within this program. Being able to pick items right off shelf quickly without having someone waiting by my side makes sure things go faster which can be very helpful during peak times where inventory levels start getting low. This software allows me to see exactly what's going one each step before reaching customers hands - no guessing here about missing labels due to scanning errors while being rushed down the line as part time employees don't have much patience.
