I like that it works easily with Excel and you can create very complex forms using its various options as well as pull in your own custom databases. It's not cheap but has given us significant gains in being able to understand our data and use it to solve problems. You have to be fairly tech savvy and comfortable working with macros etc. Our biggest issue was lack of support for large quantities of customer data stored in Sharepoint which we needed to export into Indigodqm. We used it for analysis and reporting before making any changes to business processes. It helps me to manage and view large data and to extract information. It also helps me to report data in a good way. User interface is also very simple and easy to use. The most difficult thing is to find best way to manage data. I would like to use it for my personal benefit. It is very helpful to manage large data and extract information in a good way.
