This is a review of Ninja C60020 Foodi NeverStick Stainless 8-Inch Fry Pan, SilverThis pan surprised me with its durable feeling. The stainless steel handle is solid and not flimsy at all. I like that this pan can go right into an oven up to 500 degrees. The pan is also versatile in that it can be used on gas, electric, ceramic or induction cook surfaces. I use mine on a gas range and find that the pan heats very evenly. As for the egg test, you won't be able to swish a fried egg around inside the pan effortlessly as some pans advertise. However I find that anything that clings to the surface wipes right out very easily when washing the pan. I think it's a great pan and the coating, whatever it is, seems very durable. Even though they claim you can use metal utensils in the pan, I use wood and plastic just to ensure I don't scratch it.
