I like that it's easy to use with no technical skills required, as well as having the ability to share charts in PDF format via email or Dropbox is great too. There isn't anything bad about this software at all! As an analytics manager, I am able to create interactive dashboards with ease. It makes my life easier. The only thing I wish was different would be more integration options such as Google Analytics Data Studio and Segment reporting. If you're looking for something simple yet powerful, then definitely give chartio a try!
