Got it for my sister - is soft inside and out. Took a while for shipping, as expected. Size runs a little small, but if you want a good/tight fit order true to size. For the price, quality matches for what you are getting. If you take care to wash it, will last awhile but if you do not follow directions probably would lose it's softness if it is someone who just washes all their things together (me).
