I like that they have so many different positions to choose from, it helps me find something for myself! Some of them are very difficult to get into due to hiring managers being strict about their requirements or lack thereof when applying online. Try out as few jobs at once because you will only be accepted if there's nothing wrong with your application/resume - this has saved my butt twice now where other companies wanted resumes but did not care what was written inside (a big no-no). My biggest problem here though would probably still by the interview process which can seem intimidating sometimes depending on how experienced an applicant might be. Great place to work and great benefits too!! If you want to do some temp shifts then go for it, it gives flexibility in choosing hours and days off etc without having to worry about long term employment opportunities. It helped me transition between two industries within one year, while working part time through another firm. I love the ease of getting new employees on the team, the benefits are great. I have not found anything to dislike. I wish there was a way to have some sort of tracking system on the benefits. In the past I have had to go to voicemails to find out what is happening with the benefits. I would highly recommend this company. I get great support from the team and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help.
