**I use these exclusively to separate my pills for everyday use. At the beginning of the month I put out packages for 30/31 days, sometimes longer. I take all my pills and vitamins, count them and then put them in a bag. I have too many to fit in a plastic pill case so this is the best for me and best for travel and also during the day when I am working. I just throw the bag in my pocket or purse. I keep the packs in my pill case at the end of the day and reuse them for the next month so I really don't have to keep buying new packs. The bags are thick enough, strong enough and close well.
