Review on Compatible Spectra Spectra5 Replaces 971132F000 by Matthew Mosley

On my son's 2008 Spectra, this fan motor blew very little air which was barely noticeable. After some inspection I found that the fan motor electrical connection had the positive and negative connections reversed. Other fan motors include a pigtail that properly connects the fan connector to the vehicle's connector, but this fan motor does not mention or provide for this. I returned the first one thinking the new fan motor I got was bad, but when the replacement had the same problem it took me a bit of troubleshooting on the wires to figure out that the new fan motor terminals were wrong were, and have used a pigtail to swap terminals in places. and now the fan motor works as it should.
