I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I'm already seeing noticeable changes in my muscle tone and general physical condition. The taste is not very good, but there was no medicine in childhood either. although you feel better! So I don't care The only thing that pleased me was the recommended dosage. It says something like "Use on the advice of a physician". Let's be real boys. Almost no one will go to a doctor for a dosage recommendation. I looked it up online and it said men around 200lbs should take 6000mg twice a day and that's what I use. Since one scoop contains 7500 mg, I fill the scoop a little less than full. I take one dose in the morning upon waking to relieve pain and boost my metabolism, and then take a second dose in the evening before a workout. Warning, I've read that it's best to take it on an empty stomach for maximum results. Conclusion: I feel great, my mood has improved, my sore muscles have decreased and my body has quietly changed in just 2 weeks. It also contains 7,500 mg of EAA per scoop, compared to most other supplements in this price range, which contain 5,000-6,000 mg per scoop. When I was 20 years old I went without amino acid supplements and I have never seen such results in a short period of time. You just have to be persistent and make sure you eat well too.
