Cheap, thin, made in China, and can be installed by yourself
First, it is almost impossible to install without two people and professional mechanical tools, second, once installed, it is the most flimsy step I had. If you've ever settled on it, it tends to the point where you'll fall for it, not just because it's cheap and chunky. I do not recommend anyone to spend a little more money and get a Toyota original.
