I ordered the same bathrobe 3 times and had to send it back.
I ordered this XXL robe for my husband who is 6ft 3" and 275lbs. Very soft, heavy, just what I wanted but they sent 4XL. Too large. Double checked I ordered the right size (which I had)...returned for 'same item'. I took another 4XL. came back again Came back this time to choose XXL and received a pack of dishwashing sponges a few days later. What?!?! Should I even try again? What's up?!?
