I like that for the price they include potholders; together it is a sophisticated system. I used to have to ask my husband to help me strain - I hate washing the colander every time I need to strain something - he was pouring and I had to get some to the rim of the bowl. It never worked well: I felt like a bad commercial! It makes a small part of my life so much easier! It can be manipulated to attach to almost any size pan/bowl so I love using it!
