I bought this item to wear under my robe and to wear to workout. I weigh 130 pounds and am 5 feet 5 inches tall. I bought the large and they fit well. They are perfect for wearing under my clothes but not for a strenuous workout. I've only gotten one use of it and have already done runs in one after an intense workout with kettlebells. The material is not designed for this. They also ride high when crouching and running. The material absorbs moisture well and dries quickly. I can't say anything about the durability of the shirt, but I already have a few threads sticking out at the seams. If you are looking for a leotard this will work well. If you are looking for a lightweight training shirt I would say no.
