Luckily I found out about the C2401-010 version of the vacuum which comes with a shorter straight nozzle and is better for cleaning. short faces. After putting a piece of strong tape on the end of the wand that connected to the flexible tubing, I was ready to try this contraption. Let me tell you that my Dyson's suction power is downright shameful! The nozzles are easy to change. I ended up literally looking for more dust to pick up! I'm 5ft 3in and can easily carry the device on my back. It can get heavy after an hour, but with this suction power, I don't have to suck for that long. Entering the small bathroom, I simply took the device off my back and let it lie on the floor in the hallway or carry it in my arms. The 48ft cable is simply an extension that can be used for other applications. Likewise, if it is more convenient in a country house, it can be replaced with a shorter extension cord. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this straight nozzle vacuum cleaner. I hope you don't have to deal with bad customer service. As for further improvements, neither the manual nor the cable management nor the access to the attachment are optimal. I'll probably make a little apron that can hold the tools in place.
