Holy grail of lip care!

I received Chap Ice Extra Moisture Lip Balm in a gift bag and have adored it ever since! Definitely the best because it adds extra moisture without being sticky or sticky. Runs smoothly and lasts a long time. Convenient purse or pocket size, attractive packaging. Pleasant but unobtrusive delicate aroma and taste. Including sun protection factor. Excellent price.
