Use it as a multi-phone system for the whole company
I like the features that this software have, like the ability to use it as much or little as you want, and also the ease of access and the fact that is very simple to use.
I don't like how in some cases the software doesn't work well, but they are working hard to get better every day. I recommend giving it a try if you need an easy to use telephony system, with a lot of options, and which is not expensive. We needed a telephony system that was easy to use, and that could be used by many people at the same time.

- Easy usability (a bit basic yet)
- Can integrate different types o services; phone calls + Voip service+ email/email voicemails etc..
- Great customer support team! They reply fast when there's any questions regarding their product :).I liked best all these points about them:) It has really good quality for its price range
