I absolutely love Franco Sarto Bocca's. This is my 8th pair. Yes - 8. I have been wearing these shoes since 2001. I currently have three colors, black, brown, patent leather. They used to have a red and a navy. I am very hard on shoes and an average pair last me about four years before I have stretched the leather and worn out the heel. I've had the sole and heel redone, however, I've never been able to find a reliable shoesmith to do an adequate job, and for the price, I might as well by another pair.The shoes are great for professionals. I wear them with suites, skirts, and also go great with a pair of jeans. They are comfortable enough to wear all day and well into the evening. I am a busy professional mom who commutes on ferry and long walks and these shoes hold up very, very nicely. I have zero complaints about the Franco Sarto Bocca. I just wish the were more readibly available at Nordstrom's or Macy's. I can only seem to find them on line any more.
