I've never had a bag like this and I was not crazy about the length of the strap. But it turned out to not be a huge problem. Perfect length almost because it kept the bag out of my way and generally stayed put. I can fit a thick wallet, my phone, some Kleenex, a wooden comb, my car keys when I'm out. All that with a fair amount of room to spare. It's cute, stylish, and just what I was looking for. The piece you slide into the window is a tad annoying to put in after you have tacked on some pins and whatnot.Overall I'd buy again if anything happened to my bag. Hopefully it lasts.
