Heavy, Very Room-Darkening
The grayish-white color I got appears much more to be pure white. Still, it's an attractive look and fine texture.They are very room-darkening, even with the white drapes. They are backed with black fabric.The weight is considerable -- physical weight, that is. I put one side on my light curtain rod and this drape immediately started to bend the curtain rod down. Use a good, solid curtain rod, preferably mounted into studs rather than just wall anchors.I very much like the rings at the top to put these drapes on the curtain rod. They are very good quality and slide easily.
