Updated 6/11/2021 So after I FINALLY got a warranty replacement and installed it worked fine for about a month. NOW recharges my batteries. The battery type is set to USER, the charge voltage limit to 27.8V, and the overvoltage cutoff to 27.9V. The charger overcomes these two settings PERFECTLY, pushing the charge voltage well above 28.3V+. I have to manually turn off the incoming switch to cut power from the panels so this thing doesn't burn my Li-Ion batteries. Every day I am more and more disappointed with this charge controller and company. UPDATED: 5/1/2021 The product is fine if it works, but this seller is a scammer. After about 4 months the internal communication board failed and I was no longer able to program or monitor the status of the charge controllers. After several exchanges with the factory, they confirmed that the charge controller was the problem and advised me to contact the seller for a warranty replacement. After several emails to this guy, I was assured that he was "just waiting for a warranty replacement from China". although he had others for sale on Revain. He just waited for Revain's complaint window to pop up, then hung up and hasn't responded since. I am now 11 months old and the charge controller is 100% out of order. The product is not terrible but expect failure and DO NOT expect any help from this supplier. WARNING OF THE EMPTOR.
