Too bad - could have been a great product. Firstly, if you wear a large hat (a good way to say you have a big head) like me, then forget it, it will be too tight for you. The heatpack holes are simply cut holes in the top of the liner, which are simply stitched along the other three sides - there are three problems with this: 1) it really needs reinforcement of the cut hole to make it hold (2) the holes really need to be further back on the band to be more on the sides of the head (3) the holes shouldn't go straight through the top of the headband but should be angled to better cover the ears. It seemed to work well for my very young nephew. A great idea with a lot of potential - but one size fits the most - left me out in the rain.
