Since childhood, I have never been great on being able to balance, now older, this was even more so.By using the board when I am standing in one place, e.g., the prep counter in the kitchen, or talking on the phone (rather than wandering around) that I do have improved balance. We have one giant breed livestock guardian dog and a second large German Shepherd/coyote cross, the best of buddies and very much part of the family. when they sprawl on the floor, often have to step over parts of them to get where I am going. can now do this without previous fear of balance loss! Will continue to use the board.
