No, it doesn't work in Sweden. (with standard European power supply of 220V.)
I bought this straightener in February while preparing for a trip to Sweden. When I turn it on (connected to the included adapter) it immediately overheats and shuts down. So tomorrow I'm going to the local store to buy one that I know works. Disappointing.
