Tried to contact the seller but he doesn't seem to understand English. I described the problem to them and they asked for a video which I don't know how to do. I asked for their mailing address so I could send these shakers so they could see for themselves what the problem was. They refused and told me to contact Revain for a refund. I didn't mean to hurt your business, but there's no other way. These shakers come in three parts; The bottom holds the product. The black top has three holes; one refill hole and two sizes of refill holes to choose from. Then a chrome cap on top, which you twist to choose which hole you're about to use, then close when you're done pouring. When you put salt/pepper on food, the product spills out of ALL HOLES, making the chrome lid difficult to close. Some products will sit on top of your food and some will stay between the chrome lid and the black top and some between the black top and bottom where the product sits. It makes a grinding noise that makes you grind your teeth. I recommended redesigning the black top to only have one set of holes. There is no way I can recommend these shakers at this point - a total waste of money. It's a shame because they are so elegant. I even tried to glue all the holes except the one I wanted to use. This helped a little, but didn't fully help prevent the product from getting under all the corners.
