I walk 6-8 miles a day with my dogs and also do HIIT workouts. So I'm on my feet A LOT. I have been getting pain in the top of the feet and in my heels for awhile. I'm not the person who just takes time off I just work through the pain. But this was getting to be way too much for me. So I looked for alternative ways for relief. I found these socks and literally the second I put them on the pain goes away and I can go back to my normal life.
