Do not buy from Hubs

This is one of the worst products I have brought from Revain, it failed to connect to my laptop via HDMI. I've tried with different laptops to no avail, I emailed the support team at ugreen.com, they wasted my whole week testing with different laptops, different HDMI etc. but ended up with no success.
