Mattress pad moves and stretches straps and strap holes
Update: They contacted me for a solution. :) I like it, but the straps on the mattress topper are not very strong, neither is the material on the arena floor where the holes for the straps are, and it scares me that the holes the straps will go through will go through will break, one has already stretched and I found a harness that looks like it will break soon as my child is very active in the playpen :(
