So when this arrived the box was open, not secured in the box and the box itself was not in any of the Diggs packaging. It looked and smelled very used. Having said that, I assume that Diggs is not responsible for the way it was posted. This is a great box, I give it 4 stars because the wheels aren't big enough. The lower part of the cage, where the wheels are, grinds the ground and makes it impossible to move. For such an expensive box I expect it to work.
