I like that it's easy to use, has all sorts of great features for SEO management! It works well with my other tools as they are integrated in there too (like Google Analytics).

Nothing really at this time - but maybe if you're looking into something new give them another chance when their support team gets better trained up :) Great product overall though and good price point compared to similar competitors out there! We've been able to increase our search engine traffic by using these products together which makes sense since we work within an agency structure so have different departments working across many projects/products.
