At first glance, this case is a big disappointment. BUT. Just try and work with it and as long as you get the dimensions you will love it. I'm a mannequin and should have read the dimensions, my fault it might be too small. The BIGGEST problem is that the bag was shipped or stored flat, so all dividers (which contain some sort of foam). fabric) are bent. As you can see in my picture. I can bend them back and they seem to go. It's good. Just be aware that it will look like a 7 year old's crushed lunch bag. There is also an odor. It smells like chemicals but I only notice it when I put my face on it. Maybe my sense of smell is not as good as others? In short, you get what you pay for. This is not a high end cosmetic bag and I'm pretty sure it was made abroad like everything else you'll find here for such a great price. It serves the same purpose as my other cheap makeup bag. I think I'm going back because I can't fit anything else in and I wanted something more/deeper delimited.
