I needed something to assemble a 140 pound poplar and red oak plywood barn door. I didn't want anything screwed to the wooden floor so this was the best option I could find. I had to cut the molding deep around the door frame to get it in deep enough for the rollers to adjust to the thickness of the door. I used an oscillating multi-tool to do this. After that was done and the track was screwed in, I put the door back on and you can't even see the cuts in the track (the door seals it open or closed). Thus, the guide is above the floor and does not allow the door to rotate on the guides, it couldn't be better.
