OK if it worked fine for testing, measuring and checking
This unit has worked great for about 6 months and now only flashes "-888.8". I replaced the battery and that didn't help. The little "manual" doesn't offer any troubleshooting tips, nor does the manufacturer's website or phone number. Made in China. I recommend potential buyers to get a better quality IR thermometer. one that offers some support when he "goes south".
