On the one hand the angle they are at seems strange but I found I was able to set up my base much faster and the optics are better. A small loop worked well to hit the corner with my nose, which was always difficult. I've heard people say they break the handle so I have glue ready for when that happens. I have all Mac brushes and I have to say the big one is better for makeup application. how can that even be? I paid a fortune for these brushes a few years ago. I wouldn't replace them but a blogger suggested it to me and I'm very happy. Bought 2 more sets today for gifts.
