Review on Effortless Style and Functionality: BILLY Footwear Classic Little Brown Boys' Shoes by Adam Tidd

First of all I have already bought these ankle boots and I really like them because they are very easy to put on especially when my son wears SMO. Very practical and easy to put on. Now I bought these shoes in the picture below on September 9th 2021 and we were less than 3 months old on November 11th 2021 and they had torn through the front zipper. I don't know if they use a different material or if they're just made right. We have never had this problem with others. Not sure if I can get them back?
