Good sharp graters: graters, vegetable cutters and slicers

I have a box full of graters, a million micro flats and normal ones. I prefer plain old school graters, they just work better and are easier to clean in my opinion. They are beautiful and durable, I was afraid they would bend in the handle but they are not, they feel very durable. They are very well made and they grate well even very hard Romano cheese, they do not deform under strong pressure. I love lemon yellow. The handles are very comfortable and ergonomic, do not slip out of your hand. I am very satisfied with this set and can recommend it.
