Produced nice beads for me

Worked well on some aluminum intercooler tubing that I had to trim and re-bead.
Go slowly on increasing the clamping pressure and make sure you are rolling it over the same spot each revolution of the tubing. Produced nice beads for me, does what it should.

This is a great tool. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.

It works decently enough for cheap, thin-walled tubing. If you''re using quality, thicker aluminum (in this case intercooler piping, 0.065" wall), don''t even bother. First the tensioner knob''s set screw stripped off the tensioner post while I was tightening the tensioner (by hand). Then, after I fixed the tensioner set screw, the shaft that the crank handle rides on sheared off. I was increasing the tension in steps, about a half turn of the tensioner at a time, and after 1/3 of the pipe had been beaded - the crank shaft sheared completely off of the tool. Absolute junk.
