Very easy install. Very inexpensive. I chose them because they are flat on the inside. They are bolted together, unlike many that are held together like a tie pin. There is not much padding on the skin and they are attached very securely. I used them to reduce the waist of my favorite pair of shorts after losing weight. If I'm a really bad girl and gain weight again, I can still take them off without damaging my clothes. Highly recommended!
