Problem with website registering tablet and using free software

tablet works great customer service is great the problem is that when registering the product for the linked app the login website kept pushing me out, which has so far prevented me from downloading the software. Registration had to be done through live chat customer service, which I don't think was the normal way to register. If any company is reading this, please fix it!
