They're smaller than I expected, but they're also less sharp than I expected. So probably fewer security threats. I was concerned about sharp, pointy plastic horns that stick out and sting someone when thrown. You don't really look like it. They don't protrude very far and the horns are curved. They're made of hard plastic, but the plastic is light and thin so they don't look too bulky, heavy, or clunky. It's unlikely to do much damage if thrown. I wish they were more varied in appearance. All 4 are different but 2 are dark green with long nose and no horns and 2 are brown with horns and short nose so at first glance it looks like you have 2 breeds instead of 4 breeds. Bought these along with the dinosaur book for my 3 year old nephew.
