Uh, I'm not so sure about this case.

The device worked fine when it worked. it stopped working after a short time. I asked support what to do and after verifying my purchase and ownership sent me another device. Notice I said "another block". I did NOT say "new block". He worked for a while until the group broke up. Well, not so much "fallen apart" but separated from the block, making it actually unusable. because you can't wear it on your wrist. When I told them this, they basically told me I was SOL and they would give me a 20% discount if I bought a new one within 30 days. Thanks, people. I've always been a little skeptical about the number of "steps" I was told. Also, I'm a pianist and used to forget to take it off while playing, which skewed the step count a bit. My favorite feature was the alarm clocks. For example, you can set 7 alarms per day for any or all seven days of the week. When it goes off your wrist shakes a lot but I was never 100% sure it would ALWAYS wake me up so I always used the alarm clock as a backup. As far as I know it has never turned off. I've used it to wake up, take pills during the day, remind myself of appointments/meetings/to-do's. I'd say they had a good idea, but it's certainly not over yet. oh, and don't even think about getting them wet. The instructions warn against this, but let me warn you again. sweat is normal. Shower No. Rain - no. Spray from a hose when watering your garden - no. Be sure to purchase small strap clips that will prevent the strap from opening. I didn't have them and 4 days after receiving the device I looked at my wrist and it wasn't there. I hadn't left the house yet, so I started tracing my steps. I found it UNDER my pillow where it got caught on the sheet at night and opened up. small clips are cheap. GET HER!. Many Thanks. You were a wonderful audience.
