I have had a Brookstone heated towel rail for many years. It eventually broke and I was shocked at the $400 price tag. Tried this cheaper one and so far I like it! It keeps my towels warm while I shower. It took me a minute to figure out the buttons, but once I did they were fine. The power button on the right must be pressed and held down.
