I didn't know what I was getting when I ordered them. It's probably my fault for not reading carefully before clicking 'Add to Cart'. I liked the color combination so I chose it. The instructions say you can use it basically like the paint I'm used to, by tying and spraying the fabric but letting it dry and then heat curing it instead of rinsing off the excess. I was very disappointed when I opened my fabrics after drying to find the color only staining the top layer I touched. It didn't soak. I ended up with 1/6th of the dyed fabric, not most of the dyed fabric. If you want to spray paint maybe mask the area and then spray and then remove the tape/vinyl to reveal the unpainted area. I can see that would work well, but it doesn't work like tie dye. I've gone back and used the paint I'm used to re-dyeing the fabrics and I'm feeling better, but I need to come up with something else to do with this spray dye.
