Item arrived exactly as described. High quality mesh that forms a non-slip protective surface over our 2001 Ford Expedition. We are planning a cross country holiday and I checked this beforehand. Fits perfectly under the cargo bag we bought as there is no space in the back for all our packed items. Leaves no residue, easy to remove, prevents the bag from sliding/scratching on the roof. What more can you ask for? Customer service is also top notch. They are not powerful as some may be. I have received several emails from the seller, one telling me the item has been dispatched, one when the item has been received and one just saying if there is a problem let them know , and they will fix it. quickly! I will say that the level of customer service that I received seems like a forgotten art as does the quality of the carpet.
