Easy to use and efficient data extraction software
The ease with which I can set up my extractions, how quickly they are created (I'm extracting from multiple sources in real time), etc - it's all so intuitive! It would be nice if there was more flexibility when working out what fields should go into each output file; but this isn't really something you need too often anyway as everything makes sense once things have been loaded correctly first round :) We're using Extractors for our BI tool called EBIXtoDW/ETWOLEBIServices where we run queries against an external database via ODBC connections or JDBC calls within EclipseLink JPA applications.

- Very fast results generation compared other extraction tools that i've used such at RadianseExtractor.
- Great support team who always respond promptly whenever contacted directly by phone call / email
- Extremely flexible about customising your own extractor templates
