no result strips best in strips

hurts a bit but not too much. After 3 uses I stopped using them as there is literally no visible result. wear - because of the small bubbles under the film. But once you clean after each time, you won't see any improvement. At least I don't have any bad discolouration and my teeth look more or less fine - maybe that helps in situations where the colors are more brown. The yellow color has not gone away. even a shadow! Anyway, I won't use it anymore. Baking soda with lemon works much better. It is impossible to get results close to professional whitening.
