Works great! I have an old flat screen with RCA inputs but plan to buy a new TV when it fails. So I don't want to lose my Dreamcast in the process. With that in mind, I bought a 'pound cable' (a popular HDMI adapter) and gave it a try. The results were terrible compared to the Blaze VGA box I've been using for many, many years. But with this adapter and the short HDMI cable I bought at the same time (only $9.27), I couldn't be happier. Doesn't matter. Hook up the Blaze box (via RCA cords) to this cheap cable, hook up an HDMI cord and power adapter, and you're good to go. I had to adjust the TV settings, color etc but that's all.
