Very disappointed with Car Video

I got this device from Amazon won't go online unless zlink CarPlay is uninstalled or activated It's hard to get this device to work, I just will set to 2 ⭐️ Outgoing call volume always set to 0, you have to turn up the volume every time you make a call, the hotspot on my iPhone isn't captured and when I do it manually I exit CarPlay and get stuck in the zlink apartment
