Received a clumsily tarnished product, does not match the picture
The product image shows jewelery made from fine, twisted wire. I received tarnished decorations with sloppy welds holding them together. The picture is misleading and doesn't convey how chunky and cheap the jewelry is. At least they refunded my money and didn't force me to go to the office to return the product.
