The problem here is the pre-filter. The second filter is fine. However, the pre-filter has serious quality problems. The rubber seal at the top is uneven, causing the filter to pop out. The problem is made worse by the fact that the clips on the pre-filter are covered with filter material, as you can see in the first image. The second image is what the clip should look like. Only one of the pre-filters in the pack had no filter material on the clip. Even so, the rapper's pad was uneven, so while it could sit under gravity, it would fall out if the Dyson was held at a different angle. I am very disappointed in this product.
