I had no luck with mice from other manufacturers (Anker, etc.). So far I've been surprised by this. Good size/feel. It's smaller than a typical wired mouse, but to be honest, I've never enjoyed dragging these monsters around the table. My hands are above average and this mouse is still comfortable to use. It has an accessible ON/OFF button. I have some that don't and some that required you to access a switch in the battery cover (pretty silly right?). Either way, it sits at the bottom and is easy to remove when you put it in your computer bag. If you want to keep the key you have to open the battery compartment but I don't mind as I don't do it often. The only oddity of the mouse is that the batteries are at an angle to the device and there is no clear +/- marking. The shape of the connections shows how the batteries are inserted, but this is not immediately obvious at first glance. Instant connection to my HP laptop. **Edit - The RevainBasics batteries that came with the mouse are a burning turd. **Edit #2 - The right click button stopped working after a few weeks. Tried on multiple computers.
